Is there a minimum for nights to book?

There is no minimum.

What is the rescheduling/cancellation policy?

No refunds will be issued for cancellations. Instead, guests will receive a resort credit equivalent to the amount paid at booking.
Rescheduling: Guests may reschedule their visit up to 90 days before the scheduled check-in date. Any price difference due to seasonal rate changes must be settled at the time of rescheduling, where the original payment will be credited towards the new booking.

Will the resort be Kid-Friendly?

Absolutely! While some amenities like our wellness spa will be tailored for adults only, you can anticipate that the majority of our offerings will cater to all age groups.

How many people does a villa accommodate?

Our Stargazing Villas are 1-bedroom intended for 2 people but can fit a max of 4 with the loft space. Our Galaxy Villas are 2-bedroom intended for 4 people and can fit a max of 8 guests.

Will the resort be pet-friendly?

Dogs will be allowed (up to 2 per villa). There will be pet-friendly villas with small cleaning facilities for your pet outside. Please, help us keep our villas clean. Must reserve one of the PET-FRIENDLY villas (the southernmost villas). Additional pet cleaning fee required.

Can I bring my own telescope equipment?

Yes, of course! We encourage you to. For those who aren't experts we will provide all the equipment needed.

How do I schedule my Guided Stargazing Session? (Included only with bookings made by early backers before May 10th, 2025)
