At Kosmos Stargazing Resort & Spa, our mission is to connect people to the wonders of the night sky through unforgettable stargazing experiences, luxury accommodations, and meaningful outreach. To further this vision, we are seeking passionate brand ambassadors who share our love for astronomy, eco-tourism, and immersive luxury travel. Our ambassadors will help introduce Kosmos to broader audiences by sharing their experiences and promoting our offerings at public events, online, and within their communities.
Ambassadors with a strong online presence can apply to receive exclusive access to Kosmos stays, experiences, and marketing materials to showcase our villas and resort offerings to others. Please read below for the benefits, expectations, requirements, and application details, and fill out the form. Please note that we will only consider requests from August 2025 onwards. Our team will get back to you within 10 business days.
A complimentary one to two night stay at one of the Kosmos Stargazing Villas to experience the resort firsthand (upon program acceptance).
Access to curated Kosmos materials, including brochures, branded merchandise, and professional images/videos for marketing.
Discounts for future stays, event access, and referral-based rewards for bookings generated.
Opportunities to be featured on Kosmos’ social media, website, and newsletters.
1. Applicants must be passionate about astronomy, eco-tourism, or luxury travel.
2. Ability to contribute virtually.
3. Ability to deliver high-quality content within 2 weeks after the stay.
4. Proven experience in collaboration with hotels.
5. Professional, respectful, and enthusiastic conduct when representing Kosmos Resort.
1. Attend 1-2 meetings before staying with the Kosmos Marketing and Social Media Team to discuss expectations, share content ideas, and approve the timeline.
2. Share their Kosmos experiences on agreed-upon social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.), tagging @kosmosresort and using #partnership.
3. Create and share engaging content such as photos, videos, or blogs showcasing Kosmos’ offerings (guided stargazing sessions, villas, eco-tourism features, and more).
4. Promote Kosmos to their community, encouraging awareness, bookings, and memberships.
5. Give the Kosmos Resort permission to use their content.
- Ambassadors must clearly identify themselves as Kosmos Resort Ambassadors, not employees.
- All content should align with Kosmos’ brand guidelines.
This is a non-paid partnership program. Ambassadors benefit through complimentary stays, exclusive discounts, referral rewards, and promotional opportunities. Travel expenses will be covered by the ambassador.
